    Our busy pediatric office is looking for an EFDA Dental Assistant to help with our growing practice! We have just opened a second location and we're so excited to have an expanding team. This position will require someone who loves working with children and is very caring and personable. We are looking for an assistant who provides excellent patient care, customer service and works well with all team members. The position can be flexible with which location works best for you. Eaglesoft experience is preferred. Must have at least one year of assisting experience and X-ray certification. Compensation is competitive based on experience.

    Dental Front Office Position available for 4-5 days per week as early as 7:00am to 5:45pm. Benefits include medical insurance, holiday pay and 401(k) contribution. Only applicants with 3+ years Dental Front Office and Insurance experience will be considered. Daisy Software experience is a plus.

    Required Job Qualifications:

    ~ Insurance verification, preauthorization, billing insurance and posting insurance payments
    ~Working on A/R 
    ~Greeting and checking out patients
    ~Presenting treatment plans
    ~Scheduling treatment
    ~Collecting patient payments and reviewing financial arrangements
    ~Scheduling appointments and following up on phone calls
    ~Handling busy phones and checking office voice mail and email throughout the day 
    ~Monitoring patient treatment to ensure completion of treatment plan
    ~Actively participating as a part of the office team to achieve patient satisfaction and office goals

    Compensation is dependent upon experience.

    City View Dental is looking for a dental hygienist to fill in at our office for a maternity leave.  We work Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00.  We are located in downtown Portland.  Your parking will be paid for. We are a small office with one doctor, one assistant and one hygienist.  We are a very happy group and laugh a lot.  Five plus years experience desirable. Salary based on experience.
